The modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment "Estudio Bel Air" is located in a historic building in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, where you can enjoy pleasant weather all year round. Situated in a very quiet area, it is the perfect accommodation for couples and adventurers. This 50 m² apartment with elevator features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a spacious bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include a washing machine, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a security alarm system. The bathroom does not have a bidet. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, bus stops, and a pharmacy are just a few minutes’ walk away (100–300 m). The nearest beach, Playa del Muelle, is only a 7-minute walk (550 m), and other beaches such as Playa San Telmo are also nearby. The town of La Orotava is 6 km or a 10-minute drive from the apartment. The picturesque and mountainous island of Tenerife offers many hiking and cycling routes, and Lago Martiánez is very close, making this accommodation an excellent choice for nature lovers. If you are traveling with children, you can visit Loro Parque (10 minutes by car). The volcano "Pico del Teide" is a 60-minute drive (40 km), and Tenerife South Airport is 70 minutes away by car (90 km). Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool. Currently, the pool is closed for maintenance. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property.
